No matter what type of food your culture enjoys, they are all made up of the same type of molecules which are called ORGANIC MOLECULES
Food = ORGANIC MOLECULE = Macromolecule:
Carbon attached to hydrogen.
There are FOUR types of organic molecules:
1) Carbohydrates
2) Protein
3) Lipids (also known as fats)
4) Nucleic Acids
